Stopped by Yarns by the Sea in Aptos. They are in the back of a small shopping mall, but this sign ensures that you won't miss them!
This shop has a really nice welcoming feel to it and was very busy the day we were there. It seems very popular with the locals.
Here's what I've been working on:
Another pair of Reykjavik mittens knit with Brown Sheep's Nature Spun. I just love these little houses!
That yarn stop sign is fantastic! Thanks for sharing your photos!
ReplyDeleteOOh! Mittens with houses! I must knit those ... are they on Ravelry?

ReplyDeleteAny idea which shawl pattern the lady on the far left with gray hair is wearing? It has purple and perhaps green stripes . I love it. Would love to make that one.
ReplyDeleteIt's the Happy Half Moon shawl by Susan Ashcroft

First-time knitters and those new to the craft often start with a pattern like the garter stitch scarf. This simple pattern is quite basic in that is requires only the knit stitch. duo garn
